Out-of-control prices are a huge problem for Tennessee families and business owners. In a world of rising inflation and economic insecurity, lawmakers and special interests are pushing for two bills, SB667/HB920, that let PhRMA off the hook and don’t require them to lower their prices, instead of helping Tennessee families.

 

These bills would require employers to raise premiums or diminish benefits for all employees and wouldn’t offer rebates on the most expensive drugs.
